Historic hits and memorable moments from the 2017 Burton US Open

With a pow day to start and then a whole lot of sun, perfect conditions pushed the good vibes to an all-time high at the 35th annual Burton US Open Snowboarding Championships. This year saw historic finishes on all fronts, including two of the most groundbreaking slopestyle runs ever seen from Anna Gasser and Mark McMorris. What’s more, both of the defending halfpipe champions, Chloe Kim and Shaun White, held on to their titles for a second year in a row. It was a party on and off the hill, with a world-class lineup of free concerts and entertainment filling up the village in Vail every night.

Add it all up and it’s safe to say 2017 was the Burton US Open’s biggest year yet. For more info, results, and recaps, head to BurtonUSOpen.com.
