Zeal Optics Launches Environmentally Friendly Radium Sunglasses

Boulder, CO – August 1, 2017 – Named after the magical Radium hot springs along the Colorado River, discover the healing power of Radium, the latest line of environmentally friendly, active lifestyle sunglasses by Zeal Optics. Just like the watering hole, Radium brings hikers, fishers, rafters, kayakers and explorers together for a one-of-a-kind optical experience.

“Radium is truly the embodiment of Zeal Optics’ sunglass line with the incorporation of performance attributes in a timelessly designed style, making it a real quiver killer that can go seamlessly from the beach or pool, to climbing a Fourteener,” says Mike Lewis, Zeal Optics Director of Brand Activation and Digital Strategy.

Radium features a 6-base, triple injection plant-based Z-Resin frame with ProFlex Rubber to keep your sunglasses in place on your wildest journeys. The triple injected frames create unique color combinations that highlight the details and beauty of the production process.

By using plant-based Ellume polarized lenses and Z-Resin frames, Radium reduces its environmental impact while increasing color, comfort and clarity. Ellume polarized lenses blocks 100% of UVA/B and C light and battle glare with 99.9% polarized efficiency.

Radium is available on www.zealoptics.com and in authorized Zeal Optics retailers for $149.
