Today we take a trip under the sea with pro surfer and big wave charger Mark Healey to find out what it's like to ride along with a Great White Shark.

We then venture to the far side of the world to experience parkour, Dubai-style with freerunner wunderkind Ryan Doyle.

Next it's up to the steep slopes of Alaska to feel the terror and treachery of an AK avalanche, before finding some mellower sideslipping at the Unbound terrain park at Mammoth Mountain.
