QUESTION : What's the difference between the Cinema and Video sections?

The Cinema section features the latest films from the best action sports filmmakers in the world. If you want info on a production company or want to check out the films for sale this is the spot. All films listed in the cinema section are available for purchase (DVD and download). This winter we will screen full segments and original shows produced for BNQT by your favorite production companies in the Cinema section of each sport.

The Video section is where you can preview segments of a film (to purchase the full segment, click the "buy" button on the video player), check out event coverage, parties, user submitted and other great short videos.

 
QUESTION : How do I purchase and download video clips?

BNQT's got the largest selection of action sports downloads on the web. Browse through our cinema section by sport and production company to find the video you want. If you're searching by production company, roll your cursor over a production company name at the bottom of the cinema page to see what films they have to offer. Click the video you want, and after that, it's simple: You'll see a little "buy" button across the bottom of the video player. If you're digging the segment, just click it, and follow the can't-miss instructions. Note: You've got to have a BNQT profile to buy videos.

 
QUESTION : Why can't I purchase and download clips?

Biggest problem might be that you're not on Internet Explorer. We have to digitally protect our producers' works, and right now we can only do this on PCs running Internet Explorer.

QUESTION : How do I find what I'm looking for on BNQT?

First of all, you can just start clicking on videos that you think look good. BNQT.com will automatically pull up related clips off to the right side of what you're watching. You can also use the search bar in the upper right corner of the site, or click into advance search to dial in what you want. BNQT searches using several factors, so you can search by athlete, filmmaker, event, title, or even a specific trick.

 
QUESTION : I just uploaded a video to my profile, why can't I see it?

Files take a while to get fully plugged into the system, so give it a good 30 minutes depending on file size (our encoding is super high-res, that takes awhile). If you still don't see it after that, make sure your video's cool with the technical specs and is under 100 megs (see above).

If it's still not working, email tech support.

 
QUESTION : How do I get my videos featured on BNQT?

First off, anybody can post video to BNQT.com, just make sure it has something to do with this community (music, lifestyle, and of course, action stuff is all cool). It should be something other people would want to watch.

Second, make sure the file is compatible with our system (100 megs or less). You can store as much of your own video as you like in your profile and share it with others. However, if you think you've got a really dope edit that should be featured on one of our main pages, email Zach or Cody, and we'll make you a star.
